All plants supplied by Bamboo Kings are covered for 7 days from time of delivery. After this period Bamboo Kings does not accept Liability for dead damaged or diseased plants.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before it is shipped. If you cancel or change your mind after your item is sent, you will be charged £7.50 for the return shipping charge and a 20% re stocking fee based on the total order value.

If an item arrives damaged plants are not covered via couriers. Bamboo Kings will require photos of the damaged packaging on arrival including damage to any plants. After these are received we will look at sending replacements and collecting the damaged plants. DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED TO BAMBOO KINGS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF ARRIVAL. After this, Bamboo Kings will not accept damage requests.
